Es un lugar muy seguro, personal del edificio muy amable. El estacionamiento es de lujo. Único en su tipo. El apartamento es ideal para una persona y/o pareja. Muy limpio. Lo rentaría de nuevo sin dudarlo.

This apartment truly met and exceeded my expectations. I was in town for dental work, and it was the perfect place to stay—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It provided a peaceful, relaxing environment to rest and recover. The host was responsive and thoughtful, making everything seamless from booking to checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Yair es un excelente anfitrión, muy amable, tiempos de respuesta a consultas bastante óptimo, es una persona muy flexible y con un gran don de servicio. El lugar super tranquilo, fácil acceso y en una zona muy estratégica con muchos comercios cercanos. El apartamento está tal y como lo muestran las fotos, es uno de los pocos que cuentan con lavadora y secadora dentro del mismo, cosa que a mi parecer da un gran plus para estadías largas. Agradecimiento total a Yair, 100% recomendado y si tuviera que dar una recomendación, sería tal vez una olla arrocera. La cual seria muy útil para estadías largas.

The apartment is very well maintained, it has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer machine which come in handy if you are staying for several days in the area. Easy to drive from the apartment to Heredia downtown/university area and back. The apartment is located in a gated neighborhood, making it feel very safe.

Many bus lines stop just 1 block away. The bus ride to Downtown San Jose is about 15 minutes. The buses stop every 10 minutes and the cost is $ 0.60.
