The neighborhood is awesome. This house is located inside a GATED COMMUNITY (condominium). It has the best location in Escazu. A lot of thing are just walking distance. Family Oriented gated community. You will enjoy a quite place, neighbors expect the same courtesy from guests. Supermarkets, Malls, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hotels. All those places are less than 1/2 a miles away!
