The neighborhood is awesome. This apartment is located inside a GATED COMMUNITY (condominium). It has the best location in Escazu. A lot of thing are just walking distance. Family Oriented gated community. You will enjoy a quite place, neighbors expect the same courtesy from guests. Supermarkets, Malls, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Hotels. All those places are less than 1/2 a miles away!

We had a great stay during the birth of our baby. The entire home has AC and I promise even in Escazu you need it. Super clean and in a great location, Literally just minutes to CIMA hospital and medics center. The community is super quite has a pool and near many shopping centers and restaurants. The host is great and very very responsive! This is must stay in Escazu and if you are looking for a place for anything related to medical stays in the area trust me you will not find anything better.

We spent 7 weeks at Yair’s place and it was a home away from home while in San Jose.
The location was perfect for us, with walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and mall. The condominium also felt really safe and fun to spend time in, being there with a young child, and we enjoyed both the pool area and playground on a daily basis. The apartment is well equipped and clean.
Yair is very responsive and helpful regardless of the request, and everything went as smooth as it could. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Escazú/San Jose.

Yair was a great host and very accommodating during a difficult time. He was quick to respond and to help with anything we needed. Excellent internet for two adults working remotely with video conferences at the same time. Great working space with lots of light. I would love another working space upstairs but that's just a wish list. Everything about the kitchen was great. Easy to cook in, good choice of amenities like blender and toaster etc. Security was kind and after the first entrance, they remembered who I was and let me in easily. Garbage pick up is great. The spot for the car is nice, it's mostly covered from the sun and rain. Very comfy couch and beds.

Bueno el alojamiento 100% recomendado, tiene de todo, muy seguro si vas con niños pequeños, con protectores para las gradas, las habitaciones muy cómodas, con todos los insumos básicos, por parte de Yair siempre fue muy atento, nos ayudo mucho con una situación personal, le quedaremos eternamente agradecidos, en definitiva lo guardaremos como uno de nuestros alojamientos preferidos!!

I'd like to point out that this house is suitable for a stay with a baby.
The territory of the condominium is nice and big. The area around it is safe and has even pavements, allowing walks with a stroller.
Plenty of basic services are close by, a car is only required for travels. Note that the CIMA Hospital nearby has direct billing with many American insurance administrators. Food delivery works great.
Inside the house, the upgraded kitchen has numerous useful appliances. The laundry machines are new. The master bathroom has a large countertop that can be used for diaper changes. In the bedroom, there's enough space for a baby crib alongside the bed. The second bedroom served me as an office, the internet speed was excellent.
It's quiet outside all day within the gated community, so we were able to go bed early.
I found Yair responsive to all kinds of requests, great communication.

This was the most perfect stay for our family and I! First of all, LOCATION! The condo is located in a nice area in escazu, multiple stores and restaurants nearby within walking distance. We walked to mas x menos, am, pm, the most fun park for kids and toddlers “guachipelin park” and a library store in the same shopping center as mc Donald’s. Multiplaza escazu mall is also within walking distance but we decided to take an Uber for about $3. Second the condo was just like described, very kid friendly with pack and play, baby gates, and high chair. But also the kitchen was very functional, we cooked daily and also washed our clothes. We felt right at home! The neighborhood pool and park were a huge bonus! Always empty and clean. Thirdly and the best perk of this Airbnb was the host! Yair was extremely helpful, quick to respond and flexible with my family and I. I am very glad I picked this place for our stay in San José, and will definitely choose to stay here for future stays.
