Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The Condo is gated with 24/7 security Just across the street from a Supermarket. Close to Costa Rica main Highway ("La 27"). So it will be easy to move around Santa Ana, Escazú and San José or leave for the weekend to the beaches. Family oriented Condo with lots of open space.

There's a camera outside the door pointing outside the apartment. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms don't have A/C There's a construction nearby that should be over Q1 2026. There may be some noise during day time (8am to 5pm)

El alojamiento de Yair fue excelente para un viaje de trabajo, es muy atento y está siempre al pendiente de la comunicación, tuvimos un problema con la cerradura y Yair lo solucionó muy rápido. Recomiendo el alojamiento.

We’ve now stayed here four times over two trips, and every time we arrive it feels like coming home. The location couldn’t be better - everything you need is close by, from supermarkets to great cafés to several shopping centres. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and has been consistently clean, comfortable, and reliable for us.
The neighbourhood feels safe and peaceful, and it’s such an easy base for getting around Santa Ana and the surrounding areas.
Yair is an extraordinary host: responsive, kind, and always ready to help with anything you need. We can’t recommend this place enough.
